TM has completed an extensive renovation of a landmarked townhouse in Park Slope, Brooklyn less than a block from Prospect Park on a tree-lined, quintessentially Brooklyn street. The historic five-story brownstone has intact late-1800s details that provide a rich context for a contemporary redesign. TM designed many custom features, while an intense material palette and custom wallpaper are in conversation with the original wood accents. Leveraging the firm’s expertise in lighting design and fabrication, TM also designed bespoke furniture for the project, while their in-house lighting studio TM Light worked to create light fixtures that help bring to life the historic home’s charming details.
